Data Volume
Data Volume Matters
Traditional pressure transducers sample once per second at ±15 psi accuracy. That's like watching a movie at one frame per hour. Between those readings, thousands of pressure events go completely undetected: fracture initiations, fluid hammer signatures, valve wear patterns, subtle interference signals from offset wells. These aren't theoretical gaps. They're real operational events that affect well performance, and operators have been making decisions without ever knowing they existed.
That missing data is also exactly what AI needs to work. Machine learning models are only as good as the signal they're trained on, and you can't build a predictive model from one sample per second any more than you can teach someone to read by showing them one letter per page. At 40,000 samples per second across the 0.1 to 20,000 Hz frequency range, the Momentum sensor captures the full acoustic and pressure fingerprint of a frac job.
